Martin Custom Homes is very excited to be once again be a part of the Parade of Ho
mes 2012 as one of eight builders to showcase their best home designs.
Located in the new Riverwalk Development, Clay NY. Riverwalk provides the opportunity for homebuyers to live in a “rural” setting on large lots with all public utilities. Many of the home sites are bordered with trees, streams, ponds and other natural and forever wild areas.
Parade of Homes 2012 Open Day is Saturday September 8th. Hours Monday thru Friday 1pm to 8pm, Saturdays and Sundays 11am to 6pm.
Directions: Just minutes from Route 81 and less than 20 minutes from downtown Syracuse. Take the Bartell Road exit off Route 81, to Route 11 in Brewerton, left on Guy Young Road to Websters Landing at Riverwalk.
